Hey man, it’s a Freetom and it is rather large. I’m still figuring out if it’s something I can use every day or not. I think this is the 4.5” version, but to be honest I actually forget what I ordered.
I have the 3.5” peecock, and it’s much more managable however the realism isn’t on par.
I have used the Freetom Prosthesis for play a couple of times since I received the product. There might not be much new information below that wasn’t covered in the video, but as requested here’s a write-up review of the sexual functions.
Fit with a harness. I use a Rodeoh harness; it’s easier to put on than most others and feels the most minimal and natural in the way there are no straps or adjustable buckles present. The Freetom looked wider in girth than my previous pack and play, so I didn’t know if it would fit in the Rodeoh’s modest O-ring. It did however, and I was able to place the balls inside the underwear pouch itself, so the prosthesis rests against me and the dick comes out through the aforementioned o-ring hole. This made the “pleasure ridge” aspects actually function, as otherwise there would be a layer of material between myself and the prosthesis.
Use. This is pretty straight-forward; it works very well. The rod doesn’t want to bend out of shape easily, so it accommodates rough play well. The silicone skin I have been informed feels exceptionally realistic to the recipient, and the size is “just right”. I felt very connected to this prosthesis during sex. There was minimal mind/body disconnect, unlike when using other prosthesis which might have to be adjusted during sex thus intensifying my dysphoria. The Freetom just stayed put, due to the undersized Rodeoh I use most likely. The pleasure ridges thing did work intermittently, but the natural er..momentum of having sex means that it’s kind of a sporadic friction, and your natal dick can move out of the “channel” so to speak. Either way, I actually did get stimulation from the little pleasure ridges. Nice touch.
Cleaning. As with all prosthesis, especially ones I urinate through – I wear a condom during sex. It ensures cleanliness and hygiene for the prosthesis as well as for your partner. Clean up simply entails removal of the condom followed by a thorough clean of the prosthesis to remove excess lubricant and possible sneaky bodily fluids – this is the same process as other men. You simply have to clean your dick after you’re done having sex. It’s a thing.
Overall. I wasn’t dissatisfied with my previous sexual prosthesis, nor was my Wife. I guess it’s true that you don’t know any better until you get something that works better for you. That’s what the Freetom is for me; a large upgrade in the sexual prosthesis department in terms of realistic skin feel, size and mind/body connect. I’d love the skin tone to match a little more, however having sex in full natural light is something that happens rarely, so it’s not noticeable.
I’m glad I could help shed some light on the situation.
Please be aware however that this is only my experience – I have never had any difficulty with any type of STP device/recepticle therefore my ease of use is not the best measure.
There are enough people who have difficulty with peeing using the FreeTom as there are any other STP, it seems.
Details about sex coming up ASAP. As well as the video review.
I know I’m taking my time, but there’s no other way around it unfortunately.

I was in the shower thinking about how I could have answered this better, apologies. Firstly, Freetom Prosthetics recommends to use a condom when using the prosthesis for sexual purposes. This is not only for safety, but hygiene purposes. I always, always use a condom when using prosthesis. It’s just a thing that I do.
As for sticky residue, this is a confusing question. Residue from the lubricant packaged with condoms is something biological men have to deal with as well – and to be frank, I can’t see why this would be a problem unless you weren’t prepared to wash your junk after you have sexy time with it. That comes with a whole other set of hygiene issues you might like to consider.
Overall, use a condom – its cleaner, protects your prosthesis and partner from potential nasties laying on something you use to urinate with (even if you’ve cleaned it).
Introduction: I’ve had this thing for a few days now, although due to the time of year and guests I haven’t had the privacy to play around much, and I prefer to be confident with a packer before I use it full time. I have however had enough experience with it for an intial report of sorts, so here it is. If you’d like to read my initial thoughts, they’re located here.
Packing: This is the aspect I was most looking forward to, and it’s the part that’s been the most challenging. The packer itself isn’t much larger than what I am used to in terms of length, yet in girth it is a little wider. The problematic part is the balls, as they need to be situated basically in between your legs against your natal anatomy, and there seems to be a lot of silicone around the receptacle area which, while useful for the urination feature, feel cumbersome for packing. This can be seen in the third photograph. As far is the rod is concerned, I can’t find a suitable way to pack with that in. I leave it out, and I don’t particularly care for it’s features unless I’m having sexytime. This kind of makes the whole “ready to go” aspect of it redundant for me, but it’s not something I was looking for when shopping for this product. Success has been found when poking the shaft out through the fly of briefs which have such a feature, then putting a snug pair of briefs over the top of it all. I feel like a jockstrap would work well, but mine’s gone AWOL.
Urination: I feel as though I can’t report much on this, as I’ve never had problems using any of the various STP devices available in the last 10 years. The balls however are very hollow and don’t flow down toward the shaft as easily as might be needed, which causes a slight fluid build up. This is resolved when you squeeze the balls and shake the shaft after voiding, but unless you’re careful about clean up – hygiene is a concern. The inside of the prothesis is particular rought cut, however this is merely cosmetic and does not effect function. Something I achieved with this prosthesis which I have never done with any other STP device before is simply open my jeans fly and piss without care, thought or adjustment of natal anatomy or STP device. It was very smooth and natural, however as mentioned ensuring liquid wasn’t left in the receptacle needed a bit of careful attention. That, right there, that one moment in time was worth it for me. Even if it never repeats itself. I felt whole.
Play: Due to stress and constant guests, I’ll leave this one until I have used these features. My Wife is also going to provide a summary of the erm.. recieving end.
Pleasure: The “pleasure” ridges inside the prosthesis actually do line up with my biological dick, and I can see that they will provide stimulation – however subtle that may be. This design seems rather dependant on luck of the geographical state of one’s anatomy, so I feel it wouldn’t work for a large proportion of the consumer population. Still, for those it does line up with, it’s a nice touch. Urgh, pun.
Overall:This is a very nice quality prosthetic for the price. I really like the detail on the prosthetic in terms of realism, and touch. The feel without the rod (and if wanting an erect feel, with the rod) is incredibly realistic. In hand, it just feels right. The coloring could be a little more realistic, as per the intial “paint upgrades” previously offered, but for silicone it’s nice to have various shades available for purchase. I could use a slightly smaller receptacle area, having come from the peecock which was my go-to, daily packer for the past long time I became accustomed to a shallower recepticle. The packing situation is most dissapointing, and I do feel this will be rectified slightly over time when my packer bends to it’s natural state for my body and preference of positioning a little more – this happened with my peecock. As in, I like to hang to the left, and eventually my peecock hung to the left off it’s own accord. If we’re talking numerical scores, I’d give this product a 7.5/10, due to the aforementioned packing difficulties.
So my In-Laws have left (phew!) and will be back on the 2nd of January for a further week at our house.
Now I have exactly 9 hours before another guest arrives, in which I have to set up the guest room agan with fresh linen and towels, clean the entire house (which is far too large for just us, so it takes a good long while) and then meet and greet said guest.
Secretly, I wish it was going to be “just us” for a little while. I feel as though I have to have my game face on when we have guests and I don’t relax. Soon I’ll go back to work.
Anyway, just wanted to check in and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Little K got ridiculously spoiled, as per usual, and is now wading through a pile of lego sets building each one.
I have not at all forgotten about the Freetom review. I’m thinking I’ll likely want a bit of alone time even when guests are present, so I might barricade myself in my room with the product and a video camera, or failing that I’ll do the detailed written and pictoral review, and leave the video review for when my Wife can be camera-person and ensure my anonymity.
As of right now my initial impressions stand well, however I am still having great difficulty finding a setup I can feel comfortable packing it in. A harness is something I feel the Freetom really needs, due to the excess silicone near the recepticle having to be pressed tight against you in order to not have the boner effect.
I just did a massive first impression post and tumblr ate it. Boo.
I have my in-laws here fo Christmas so I won’t have the space to do my video review and in-depth photo review for a little while.
First impressions are fantastic. The realism and quality far exceed my expectations. The recepticle is a little on the large side which makes packing difficult, but the pee function is easy as pie. Especially if you have success with Peecock type recepticles.
