I’m asking a couple of trans people something, even though I can’t find many who are already parents or who were transitioning/had transitioned before becoming parents. If you are hoping to have children (or if you were, theoretically) how would you deal with the “transgender” subject when raising your children? Teaching them body parts? Genders/Sexes? How old would you wait for them to be before explaining more complex gender identities? Would you tell them you’re trans? When they’re how old?

Hi.
I do have a Son, and all the answers you seek are scattered around the above page.

Shit is getting real, folks. My Wife and I went to the bank this morning and filled out a stack of arduous paperwork for a home loan application.
We haven’t found “the” house yet, but when we do – we’ll be ready.

We’re viewing two properties on Saturday.
I can’t even comprehend how I am feeling; it’s a bit surreal.
K has already decided what colors/designs he wants on his bedroom walls.

So yeah. That’s what’s been happening.

That house way far too much work, even for someone who likes doing home renovations. One wall was almost completely detached from the house.
No thanks!
Plenty more to see and we’re in no rush.
