I have the day off work today, and I’m the only one home as Wife is at work and K at school. As a result I am elbow deep in deep cleaning the house.
This weekend will be clear of chores so we can do cool family shit.

Found shit tons of old discs with photos on them from early in transition. K is so very young, and I look 12!

I was also dissapointed to see that I think my chest scars have become more pronounced/red over the years. Wonder why the heck this is?!
Perhaps it’s time to begin some scar treatment again. It’s likely far too late to do any good.

Also just briefly; y’all are going to make me solve that cryptic-selfie issue sooner than anticipated. Thanks for the follows, hope I can make it worth your while. 

I don’t know if you’ve answered this already, but based on what we have seen of you, you are in incredible shape. How did you achieve this? What advice can you give to other trans men for getting on your level?

I’m no where near as built as I was when most of those photos were taken 2-3 years ago – but I do bulk up easily when I workout regularly.
What I used to do was simple: count my macros/calories per day using a fitness app on my phone and workout at least 3 x week. I made sure I did an average of 30 minutes of cardio during each workout session to burn off any extra calories I consumed.
Basically; don’t put in more fuel than you intend to use, and if you’re looking to lose fat – put in less fuel than you’re planning on burning.
